These billboard advertisements were designed to highlight the luxurious features and scenic location of Building and Land Technology's waterfront apartments, enticing potential residents to visit the leasing center and experience the lifestyle firsthand. The first is a 4' x 30' train trestle billboard. The second is a 4' x 6' roadside billboard.
